Looking for an Xbox 360 emulator that works well on PC...?

Hi! I have a Xbox ONE controller and i was wondering if there is some good emulators out there that can run on pc most Xbox 360 games.I am looking to play Uncharted (preferably the latest) but not only that game.

I did a litle search on Google but with no satisfying results.

There is no 360 emulator that will "play" any retail games. The Uncharted games are Playstation exclusives, and there is no PS3 emulator that can "play" games either.
