Yes however I wouldn't use it on newer versions of Windows as not updated unless you get official updated one from the site

Is probably the Sledgehammer tool contains the other tool? (WuMgr ; StopUpdates10)

 WuMgr and WUMT are tools have same funtions. STWD and SU10 either.

Sledgehammer contains WuMgr and WUMT, and there is no duplication in my pack it runs the exes from sledgehammers folder path

On MTTB, I can't launch any soft from Windows Update Tools, I always have this message "File not found !".
I have some them in the "MTTB/Windows Update Tools" folder.... but no traces of WuMgr or Windows Update Minitool
