Karamjit
This is not the RTM, Windows leaker says If you just woke up and you hoped to find a Windows 10 build waiting for your download, we’re sorry to disappoint you, but Microsoft is a little bit more focused on the mobile version of the operating system these days, so PCs could finally get some love sometime next week. But in the meantime, Redmond continues work on Windows 10 behind the closed doors, and information coming via Russian leaker WZor indicates that partners received a new build this morning. There are only a few details available right now, but probably the most important thing is that Windows 10 build 10154, which is now the latest version of the preview available for partners, is not RTM, but only a pre-release build that’s shipped for testing purposes.Word has it that Windows 10 is about to reach RTM and Microsoft is now evaluating builds that could be signed off, but the company is yet to confirm this information.Only bug fixesWZor claims that there are no software updates in this release, which means that Microsoft focused exclusively on bug fixes and performance improvements, just like the company promised when it rolled out build 10130.With Windows 10 work now very close to completion, Microsoft is switching focus to the little things that matter, such as small improvements that could contribute to an overall better experience for desktop and tablet users.Development of new features is no longer a priority and the first update for Windows 10, which is expected to see daylight later this year, is the one that should bring changes in this regard, with some sources claiming that it could include extension support for Microsoft Edge, as well as new options for the desktop.Needless to say, take the release of a new build for partners as a rumor for the time being, but if this is true, screenshots, release notes, and maybe the full build should leak very soon.Source

banned
No (I haven't looked), but if the rumor is true, RTP builds normally leaked within a day or two.
