PLEASE, MAXIMUM VISIBILITY.We’ve been informed about the availability of an Android application that shows the “ZipGenius” branding and logo, developed by PalmSol. We verified it and found that it is truly a compression utility but that’s not the official release of ZipGenius for Android; also, no third parties were authorized to use our branding, logo, name or to develop it. That is a clear abuse and we ask you to avoid download of this application because it may also contain malicious code.The false ZipGenius for Android is available only through parallel stores for Android and not through the Google Play Store; you can recognize it because it is often marked with the 7.7.0 version number and the apk filename is com.resonancelab.zipgenius.apk.We invite you to spread this statement as much as you can.Thank you, The ZipGenius Team.
