Realtek ethernet driver error message

Recommended Posts

I have problem.

When I updated my Realtek ethernet card, I kept an error message: "The realtek Network Controller was not found. If deep sleep mode is enabled Please plug the cable." When I reinstalled my old driver I kept this same message... :(

-I went on to many forums and here is what I've tried so far...
-Unplugged Power supply and flipped the power supply switch to off and let it sit for 10 mins (also I let it sit for a few hours and same result)
-Took out the RAM and did the above step again
-Went into Bios and made sure that my LAN settings were all enabled (also tried resetting all my settings to the default)

Now I restored my system for a previously date and working fine, but the update/upgrade isn't working. The led of ethernet card is working...

Can anybody help for me?

Hello Szeky,

Download this driver DVD via: http://drp.su/download.htm

Burn the image or unzip it and start the program

Let it do his job and for 99.9% I believe the problem for you wil be solved

Good luck

Don't update with any driver you can find anywhere...

Check your motherboard driver page and download driver frome there.

DRP is good but can brick your adapter as well so be careful.

Stick with your motherboard manufacturer driver if you are not sure how to solve possible problems...

Unfortunately, many do not understand it. The drivers immediate is not like laundry exchange.

Well, maybe you damaged your OS in some way.

Try to find how to completely remove ethernet driver and after that try to use official driver.

As I can see restore point work, to me it is likely that you damage your system and you can try to repair your OS installation (be careful!) or don't update...

Final step (if you want to make it work so badly) is to reinstall your OS and make image backup (what ever tools you find appropriate for this job would be ok) and when you make it work do not update (If it ain't broke, don't fix it).

Regards.
