XBOX One Controller On PC - Not Working [SOLVED]

I'm a PC gamer but anything that doesn't involve aim I prefer a pad.

Decided to replace my 360 pad as the price is reasonable. Yes, they do a "PC" version now which I believe the only difference is they include a USB cable... It worked out cheaper to buy the XBone pad and a tangle free cable:

The problem is it isn't being detected. I have tried 2 other cables and yes, I have installed the drivers:

When connected I assume the xbox logo on the pad is supposed to light up but it doesn't. I blinks several times if I press it but that's it. Nothing shows in Device Manager. I have rebooted.

Am I missing something?

Edit: My front USB ports aren't providing enough power or are faulty...SOLVED. Blonde moment.
