REIS Patch is working good till now

But it needs to be updated : after I run it patching is done successfully but KIS2015 detect a dll file (dup2patcher.dll in temp files) and detect it as dangerous

Imho, the best solution of the patches - combined patch iOTA|D10N4 with added fix "fake serial number". The only bad that it is often necessary to fix (related fixes "fake serial number"). But lately, has not yet had to correct, works on builds 11 - 15. :)

Such a pity! Build 13 fixed the YouTube mkv bug, now last 2 releases are crap again. I start to think they read here and do this on purpose.

Yes, that's a temporarily fix (which gives 1 second error before plays any video). But still doesn't work as it should (changing 480p to 1080p - no new video fetched)

And yes I know I can download videos from 10000 sources but I just want my Chrome integration to work as expected. Even with the HTML5 player, there were no problems to fetch MP4 before.. now everything is back on the same story, crappy VP9

Works fine for me I get all quality in the IDM download tab from 480p -1080p without having to change the quality . Its more of a permanent fix than IDMGCExt.crx .. IDMGCExt.crx update only worked a few weeks forcing flash player has been working for years . :D

Run as Administrator? Running should be from the administrator. May be due to tuning the interface on patch stopped working on 8.1. :D Although people were tested for win 8.1 Pro x64, say - works...

I dont think you understand it don't have nothing to do with IDM your lucky that IDM works at all for chrome because they ban just about any addon that's not in the store . Ether you can use and addon to disable HTML5 player or delete or remove ffmpegsumo.dll from Chrome . Because as soon IDM updates it to work again ,Chrome will update ffmpegsumo.dll again and make it not work . Google owns YouTube .. You take apps like 4kvideodownloader ... YouTube even banned 4kvideodownloader authors user account. Goggle don't want you downloading from there site . :lol:

Mkv bug is due to chrome always forces HTML5 player with pepper flash it only wants to give WEBM or WEBM Mkv , the bug is not present in IE or Firefox that use normal flash. Your blaming IDM when its your browsers fault . Even If IDM didn't download from YouTube at all . It would still be great software . When it was invented it was not made for YouTube anyways. If it bothered me so much I would just use something else I got many programs can dl YouTube videos .

Its been and ongoing problem with people who don't even use IDM every since they put pepper flash in chrome all these addons and workarounds were not even invented for IDM they just work for it is all . HTML5 player uses the codec WEBM only it give WEBM and WEBM.MKV Flash Player uses AVC codec that gives MP4 and FLV. If you check them with mediainfo you would know the codec
