I only found one version of this program that has been working flawlessly and that is Hide ALL IP 2015.05.28.150528 + Portable.Before installing, you might need to run the trial reset, included, to get rid of the key in your registry. I believe it is located in three different areas of your registry. After doing that, prepare to install the portable version, only, and do it offline.Install the portable to your desktop, put the patch in that folder and apply. Connect to the internet and you should be good for the go. Don't ever update the program.
