To update the database it is necessary to unlock the firewall. In this moment the serial is checked as not valid or used by many computers at the same time. Chatman Posted July 31, 2014 Share Posted July 31, 2014 (edited) There is a trick to not loose your license. No need to modify your host file :)1. Open SUPERAntispyware2. Click ”Help & Information”3. Under ”Deregister This Computer” click ”Transfer license...”4. The program will became Free.5. Now you can let the program to access the internet(unblock it from Firewall).6. Click ”Automatic Updates”. Database will be updated with the newest definitions.7. Go back to ”Help & Information” and put the license code. The program will be Pro again.8.
