From now comes a new resource: XDA Root Directory, a collection of procedures to obtain root permissions, divided by the device, which covers the most important models in recent years.
Basically it's a series of links to the sections of the XDA forums, divided by the manufacturer.
A useful index, not to get lost in the multitude of topics about it.
