While the world rots and degenerates away, making bullets that are "self-guided" sure seems like a good solution I guess...I mean it's not like these guys can find better solutions than killing the crap out of everything eh?Money is spent to make better ways to kill people...rather than find better ways to extend life and vitality. This tells me that they have only one thing on their mind...extermination by precision strike. Of course they have to tell you how they can kill you if it's outright and obvious, that's the pollite thing to do right?
