"Competent Authority has blocked this site" is all that you are getting as on today. Tried VPN, and Proxy servers, they are also not able to access tusfiles. Yep, i tried to access tusfiles, by adding HTTPS, with that, i was able to open the site, but login wasn't going through.I've now changed to other proxies / VPN and it seems working so far.
