Lyon275 Posted May 18, 2014 Share Posted May 18, 2014 (edited) In Serbia and Bosnia the current situation is really grave, a huge natural disaster is currently happening country-wide.These are the biggest floods in more than a 100 years, water level in the rivers is off the charts, whole cities are submerged, tens of thousand of people have lost their homes, even more are in grave danger... clubhouse Posted May 18, 2014 Share Posted May 18, 2014 (edited) I very much doubt the appeal for money is genuine....Throwing money at them right now does not help in any way....They need humanitarian help right now and they are getting it....Russia and European countries have already sent and are sending humanitarian aid and technical equipment with experts and volunteers....Until the Serbian government appeals for emergency monetary aid from the EU I would trust no so called appeal for money....The Serbian government haven't so far and I doubt they will need to.
