Pete 12
Do we have to uninstall Realtek HD Audio, before we can install this DFX ?Does it work with Realtek too?At the moment we have an older version of DFX ( without driver), and this works well in MP with Realtek together ! WRonce
hm... the free and "pro" are the same, just registry is different. Old patch will still work. What I HATE is that there are add running, so if you don´t need just delete. e.g. dfxItunesSongs.exe or if you running on x64 DfxSharedApp32.exe.Realtek - driver - just install you don´t need to delete, it will run tested on x86 and x64 Win7 hod it is on Win8.1 - don´t know.At this version the core is the same just the add ons are changed. Pete 12
Dont understand, how can you run both drivers (HD Realtek and the DFX-driver) same time ?!If we set DFX in WMP as the default music-driver then the DFX WONT play! Tried this in Win7x64.

Pete 12
Yes,it works indeed, first switch off your HD Realtek, before installing the DFX-driver. After installing DFX, switch the Realtek on again. Then choose the DFX for default sound in your WMP, your done!A few things bothered me,so went back to the 10.140-version; 1. This DFX-driver (the older 10-version) needs no start-up with Windows ( 11-version does!) 2. Noticed no sicnificant sound-improvements compared withthe older DFX 3. The DFX 10-version does not need a system-driver,which has to start-up with Windows, while you can still enjoy DFX-sound in your WMP.btw, keygen does not work on 11-versions,patcher did the job however. dcs18
Just an heads up - DFX Audio Enhancer 11.113 does not work on XP as well as it does on a more modern Windows. They have started an upward development leading to just partial support to XP - future releases would deprive XP completely.
