Pirates Coves Posted March 29, 2014 Share Posted March 29, 2014 Currently running Windows 8.1 update 1 program hangs cursor spinning when I click start 1 - click maintenance or start tuneup utilities I click on the program state program failing to respond has anyone experienced this problem?
