Ghostery & NoScript

It seems to me that these two programs do the same thing; however, Ghostery seems to block more than NoScript. Do I need to have both of the programs installed? I recently uninstalled DoNotTrackMe as it did not seem to be updating anymore.

no script make u setup every site u visit , make u its bitch and annoying eventually.

ghostery is 10 time better if u want to surf with NO interruption what so ever and make pages load faster combine with adblock adv list.

Well here's your Answer : http://www.areweprivateyet.com/ & do not SPAM the forum with duplicate topics, see your previous post : http://www.nsaneforums.com/topic/118075-noscript-vs-ghostery/

Knowledge + Control = Privacy = Ghostery

Deep Knowledge + Better Control = Privacy = NoScript :)

Can we import noscript into ghostery settings? - I don't feel like white listing everything again :D

I do not know the answer to your question. All you have to do is put 1 check mark in the setup of Ghostery to whitelist everything.

You can use both, but I would not recommend the use of a ad/tracker/etc blocker created by an advertisement company (Ghostery).

I actually just removed ABP and NoScript. Going to try Ghostery for a while because it seems to work like ABP, NoScript, and DNT+ combined without the opt-out cookies. I was doing some research and it seems like Ghostery was accused of helping ad services. Not sure if this was disproved or not.
