-There are Clean Fridges -although they are full of products-,

because these Fridges' owners take a good care of them.

-On the other hand, there are Fridges left empty,

but these Fridges are full of Μold,

because Nobody took a good care of them for ages.

PC users must be careful of what they install and run...

By using Virtualization, Sandboxing etc.

By Not applying 3rd party software directly; without fully testing it before.
