if it's unlock wherever you go in this earth it's will work :), but if it's locked with at&t you should unlock SIM card then you can use it wherever.

@implague: I'm not buying Nexus 5 right now. I think I will wait till MWC to see if something worth buying is announced. However, inspite of Nexus 5 being so expensive here in India, I think you cannot get anything cheaper at this specs from good manufacturers.

Planning to get it myself .

Excellent phone with superb environment .

Really liked its sheer simplicity with brute performance ! :yes:

Get an unlocked version with International warranty from US and you are good to go !

Yes you can. But only Pen drives. and most probably ext HDD too as long as it has an external power source.

I expect you'll need an OTG cable, like I have to use on my Nexus 4.

Bought it just now ! :)

One of the best Androids i have bought !

Simple, sophisticated, sturdy and very fast, fluidic !

@implague

OTG support is there for the phone, but for USB drives !

Not sure about the Warranty issues of US models .

But the "Resale" value of US models drops considerably compared to local market counterparts .

For me this is a point worth considering, coz Androids by Samsung and esp Google carry a very good resale value in the market ! :)
