Need advice on cheap CCTV

My love/joy of my life- motorbike got vandalised last night... damage ?-£150 + labour

Some stupid drunk ar$holes toppled it over as the bike was parked on the street, in front of my balkony.

I did hear some noise, but by the time decided to check what was it- they are gone! (damn me!, lucky them!)

Unfortunately this sort of nonsense was happening on my street for a while now, I got the taste of it first time, but hard!

Once I will get it going I would love to be able to identify who has done it/will try to do so.

Therefore if somebody would have an simple/cheap set up in mind- please do suggest so!

I would love to get two part set up wireless recorder (IE SD card) and wireless camera, without need to have my PC turned on all the time, PIR might be a good feature, but only if range is really good (20-30m)
