Reefa
Let’s face it: Only masochists like getting shots when they go to the doctor’s office. Not only are you stabbed with a long needle, but doctors and nurses often have to try more than once in order to hit a vein. Evena Medical has created a convenient solution to bring this imprecise practice to an end: the Eyes-On Glasses, an imaging technology solution that is both cost-efficient and extremely portable. The Eyes-On Glasses allow medical professionals to visualize the vasculature of a patient beneath the skin in real-time, eliminating the need for multiple needle sticks or the help of additional staff members. Eyes-On is one of the first wearable solutions to this common problem, and will go on sale later this year for an estimated price of $10,000. Watch a demonstration of the glasses in action below. calguyhunk
Sounds like a perverts' wet dream come! Is this that fine line when technology crosses over from boon to bane? I'm just waiting for all the litigation, legislation and legal restrictions that are about to follow! :think:The glasses utilize infrared viewing technology. This allows them to penetrate certain materials (i.e. swimwear and various synthetic materials) much better than ultra-violet based optics. They function indoors and in the wild-low light doesn't appear to be a problem with these glasses. They also come with a palm sized portable digital video recorder (imagine that...) so you can have a memoir of your peeping at 470 lines of resolution-in color. nIGHT
Sony used to manufacture a handycam model that has a particular infrared wave length lense that penetrates the clothing. Sony upon learning it stopped its production of that particular handycam model. If they can find use for it like the above topic that can save life or better the health treatment then that is good. :yes:The user using these kind of devices for its malicious intent is disgusting. <_<
