Create a DHCP Reservation (for the xbox one) for me i had to turn off the xbox to clear it from the lease list then add its MAC manually.

Now go back to Port Forwarding and add these to the IP Reservation you just made.

Port 3074-3075 (UDP and TCP)
Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
Port 80 (TCP)

Port 88 (UDP)
Port 500 (UDP)
Port 3544 (UDP)
Port 4500 (UDP)

#2

advanced settings -> firewall

Enable "IPSec Pass-Through" - Enables connection to (forza 5) cloud vpn (multiplayer)

Untick/Disable the built in "Firewall" on the Virgin Media Super Hub 2. (do not untick anything on the page).

#3

advanced settings - uPNP

Try enable/disable uPNP.

Following this I managed to get both xbox and ghosts/forza 5 to say "open nat".

PS a lot of people around the internet are screaming at the xbox ones wifi - I'm new to the xbox one all other games work fine but ghosts/forza 5 gave me an headache.
