The Changelog now says:

Added option to skip User Account Control (UAC) warning (v3.19.1721 (24 May 2012))

Improved speed of Uninstaller tool (v2.17.853 (19 Feb 2009))

Improved Registry Cleaner detection algorithm (v3.08.1475 (27 Jun 2011))

Improved Empty Folders Finder tool
Updated various translations (v3.28.1913 (25 Feb 2013))

Minor GUI improvements (v4.09.4471 (19 Dec 2013)) and bunch of other versions

Minor bug fixes (v4.09.4471 (19 Dec 2013)) and bunch of other versions

Anyone else has realized this is filled up with "bogus" or "fake" changes from CCleaner changelog (it is in Italic)? Why is it that the whole changelog is a mix of different CCleaner changelogs?

Check it yourself here

You are right, and I think it's a good sign. An astounding number of developers do not check the competition. That's a bigger problem.
