Matsuda
There's a new update available for Outlook 2013 that provides all the latest fixes, but also includes stability and performance improvements.Important to this update is that if Office 2013 was installed using the legacy MSI-based method, the only way to obtain the update is from the Microsoft Download center. Those that installed Office 2013 using the new Click-to-Run method, this update is available automatically and you don't need to worry about obtaining it.Here's the download links:Download update 2850061 for 32-bit version of Outlook 2013Download update 2850061 for 64-bit version of Outlook 2013If you used the MSI-based method to deploy Office 2013 (which I imagine will be the majority of Enterprise customers who utilize standard deployment technologies) you'll need to grab the download(s) and create a new deployment for this update.Source

mray88
Well, after installing this update Outlook can no longer gather my mail from gmail account. So maybe you should think twice about installing this -- because I should have! Thanks :wtf:EDIT: This actually gets worse! Now Outlook crashes each and every time I attempt to open it. Second, although it appeared to say on an MS site that this "update" could be uninstalled, once it's there you can't seem to get rid of it! It's not listed under 'add/remove' programs, nor can any other uninstall-type program I have on my machine even find it. So, I can't figure out how to get rid of it. Admins might consider getting rid of this 'update'-post here altogether until further info is available about it. As of now, this download seems toxic. DEFINITELY AVOID!
