After installing Exit TeamViewer From System Tray & Stop the Team viewer Service( Go to Run, Type services.msc, Locate & stop the TeamViewer Service), Now Copy & Paste the TeamViewer Server Enterprise Patch to TeamViewer installation Directory & Run as admin.
