Found a little bug in this version: if you set the "Incoming LAN Connections" (Under the general tab) to "Accept exclusively" the program can't start the connection properly. Keep it to disabled until they will fix the problem. ;)

no problem here :D

I don't know. The only thing i can say is that if i enable that option, the program can't enstabilish connection. This is not happening in the previous version btw...

no problem yet tested on windows 8 and windows 7 32 bit

though Patch is working but don't know why I am getting the UAC Prompt when starting the TeamViewer( without Patching there is no UAC notification). selected both of the above as prefered licensing mode, installed the setup & Patch with admin rights(killed the TeamViewer Services before Patching) but still no help! :(

Just go to services.. and Start the Teamviewer9 service and make sure to check that the service should be Automatic.. :)

Done!!

It seems You haven't patched it properly...

-Kill the service before Patching..

-Copy the Patch into Installation directory..

-Run the Patch as Admin..

-Reboot or run the service again.. :)

first kill the TeamViewer_Service.exe before you apply patch!

already tried three times, still same issue!

Let me check by changing the license option to free/non-commercial!

This time turned off the AV, copied the Patch to installation directory and then applied, voila it worked, but after logging into TeamViewer management console, it still giving me weird Trial period pop-up!

needtoknowbasis

first of all, thanks for the info to all, but:

1. what's with the patch updates, any changelog on the patches?

2. I know that nsaners are virus-free, but I'm still a little worried about the patches and the virustotal results

3. any chance of having a pre-"medicined" Teamviewer.exe like in the past?

thanks in advance to all

Just sharing my experience.

I successfully installed and patched (update2) TeamViewer9 on a computer

where no version of teamviewer has never been installed and with no antivirus.

This is how it looks like out after the patching.

After using teamviewer successfully once the following message appeared:

I moved forward the date by 1 month and the program seems to work.

Maybe it's just a aesthetic glitch.
