shorty6100 Posted December 4, 2013 Share Posted December 4, 2013 When I used it full time, I uninstalled with Revo, then went into Everything and deleted "webroot", then went into registry and deleted "WRSA.exe" until it was clean, then reinstalled with new key. Thanks all.How do you know it doesn't upgrade? I'm using the same and waiting for the update atm.
