The Program that you downloaded is also in Yellow Color called : CGWebInstall.exe (8.16Mb)Step 6 Means you just Double Click on that CGWebInstall.exe that you have downloaded and let it Install the Program to your Computer ...After it has Installed, you just click the LOGIN option on it and then Sign in with the UserName and Password that was given to you when you registered and then you are good to go .. For this Special Edition there is no Time Limitation when your using 1 IP Address so long as your logged into your Special Edition Account .. However, if you do Not login to your Special Edition Account but you just using the Free version, then any IP that you use in that Free Version will Automatically get Disconnected After 3 Hours, which then you have to manually try and Reconnect again !! Also in the Free Version ( Without Account ) you have more Countries IP Location that you can Choose from, though they are on Free Servers and with Slower Speed .. But on this Special Edition, you only have 5 Different Countries Ip Locations that are on Premium Servers and they have Faster Speed ... I hope i have been Able to help with your Question ??
