NSA infected more than 50,000 computer networks with Malware

The NSA has the ability to trace “anyone, anywhere, anytime”. In September we reported that how NSA and GCHQ planted malware via LinkedIn and Slashdot traffic to hack largest telecom company Belgacom's Engineers.

Yesterday, a Dutch newspaper has published a new secret NSA document provided by former intelligence employee Edward Snowden. According to the newly exposed slide, NSA has infected more than 50,000 computer networks worldwide with software designed to steal sensitive information i.e. Malware

The slide from the NSA's 2012 management presentation, shows a world map with more than 50,000 targeted locations, uses a procedure called ‘Computer Network Exploitation’ (CNE) that can secretly install malware in computer systems. The malware can be controlled remotely and be turned on and off at will.

From the NSA website we found that, CNE includes enabling actions and intelligence collection via computer networks that exploit data gathered from target or enemy information systems or networks.

"Cyberwar is a very real threat and could cause widespread problems. That is why the National Security Agency needs to be prepared by Computer Science professionals who are highly-skilled in Computer Network Operations." The website says.

To perform such offensive attacks via CNE operations, NSA has employed more than a thousand hackers under a special unit called TAO (Tailored Access Operations). Countries targeted by the CNE hackers unit includes China, Russia, Venezuela and Brazil.

Many Counties now have their own Cyber units - including China and Dutch, but their actions are prohibited by law. Officially they cannot perform operations as the NSA and GCHQ can do.

Hm, very interesting article. How do they manage to plant those malware makes me curious, the malware itself must has a lot of version to infect all possible OS. Or perhaps, malware itself it's term that means "someone" inside those network who secretly co-operate with them?

My guess is, it's Malware that not easily noticed, designed for cyber war. So they hacked LinkedIn and Slashdot...to my knowledge those two sites didn't warrent annattack but the NSA has this attitude:

It's more than obvious to everyone that infecting computers or networks for that matter is wrong and if you or I did this, we would be in prison RIGHT NOW. What gives the NSA authority to break the law and not get into ANY trouble? What's it called when THE LAW breaks THE LAW? Tyranny, corruption, lawless.

No one knows for sure but so far, expect that pretty much every new piece of advanced technology spies on you. Long before Edward leaked the information and everyone decided to believe it, Alex Jones had been talking about this...to this day people still call him a conspiracy theorist. If you can stomach his show, listen to it, you may get a new way of looking at things.

The NSA isn't the only ones you got to worry about, the CIA said that they can spy on us via our dishwashers and other modern appliances too.

Of course the government is losing the infowar, they have been losing it for quite some time now because the truth about what is happening is finally making an impact on people.

Notice that at the 20 second mark she begins to talk about how the "cultural programing" and how their cultural programming works opposite than what they want. Their "cultural programming" as they put it was once geared towards non-USA citizens AND USA citizens. Before Hillary broke down why they was losing the information war she talked about the "private media" which is the "Mainstream media" which is controlled media. She said that other countries are winning in the info war ahead of us because they are engaged in cultural programming via propaganda on news media or TV shows.
