This is old to me and wanted to share it with everyone the way to fix it is by installing PG2 and when it is finished don't start yet. Install a program called PG2 Loader RC5 it works on both x64 and x32 modes. Put loader on the PG2 folder then start it I recommend running it as administrator so no errors happen. Do this every time you want to use PG2.
