Matsuda
Curious to see what the same game looks like on two new, different systems? The video from IGN should help. Note that these kind of videos are most useful if you run them at 1080p.View: Original Article Edited October 29, 2013 by Matsuda
Matsuda
A Digital Foundry representative admits that the technical analysis they have performed for Battlefield 4 on the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 was wrong because the capture process did not take place in a normal environment.A statement on NeoGAF reads, “Tom had a limited amount of time to capture this stuff and was not able to do so in a normal environment. If mistakes were made normally, it would be easy to go back and correct, but with the way this worked, it wasn't really possible.”Apparently, Digital Foundry wants to use its own hardware to capture footage and that, combined with the new hardware of the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One, generated some abnormal results. The previous information stated that on the Microsoft device, Battlefield 4 ran at 720p resolution, while on the Sony console, it reached 900p. :fist:, Removed video from Digital Foundry.
