What is a Web Feed?

Web feeds contain frequently updated content. They are also known as feeds, RSS feeds, XML feeds, or syndicated content.

Internet Explorer can discover and display web feed links as you visit web sites.

maybe that has something to do with it

i don't think IE can properly view RSS feeds, try using a dedicated reader or thunderbird, it works fine...

No, MSIE can view RSS feeds. Your feed does not validate, I think it's missing an encoding declaration: feedvalidator

[Edit] The anon redirect is interferring with the url, just copy the url of your feed yourself.
