'Typical growing pains' expected for GTA 5 multiplayer mode, Rockstar warns.

Rockstar has warned that GTA Online will inevitably suffer from the "typical growing pains for an online game", including "crashes, glitches, crazy bugs, gameplay modes and mechanics that need re-balancing" ahead of next week's launch.
The multiplayer mode, which launches next Tuesday, October 1, will be under constant monitoring from Rockstar to help "tune the game into its optimal shape", with the publisher calling for the game's community to provide feedback to help it solve issues.
"There will be the typical growing pains for an online game, including but not limited to crashes, glitches, crazy bugs, gameplay modes and mechanics that need re-balancing and other surprises," said Rockstar.
"This sort of thing is inevitable in a massive open-world game and there'll surely be lots more unexpected oddities like this in the Online world next week – rest assured we'll be monitoring and actively doing all we can to smooth such things out as they happen, but we need your help to find them, as well as your feedback to help fine tune all of the game's systems so everything is perfectly balanced."
Players can help provide feedback to Rockstar by sending their input to [email protected] or by posting in a specific GTA Online forum due to launch later this year.
In addition to cautioning players about glitches, Rockstar also warned that access to GTA Online's servers could be "temperamental" and that it was scrambling to add new servers in advance of launch.
Rockstar faced issues with its servers following the launch of GTA 5 last Tuesday, with some players unable to gain access to Rockstar Social Club or access features of the iFruit app.
