Read more...View: Original ArticleMarketing tactic: Artificial scarcity creates an atmosphere of panic effectively making people WANT to buy that which isn't there very much. Not sure if that is what is happening here but since Microsoft has been tanking badly recently, it makes me wonder if they are using that tactic.
