manju Posted July 25, 2013 Share Posted July 25, 2013 installed update fine with Windows Update. it was available there after a search for updates!You can just copy the DVD to disk, extract the SP and place the files in the update folder and burn a new DVD.can i use Universal Extractor to get the update files working on a Office install folder?thanks! Beamslider Posted July 25, 2013 Share Posted July 25, 2013 Make a directory on the hard drive such as office2010. Make a subdirectory in it named SP2. Make a subdirectory in SP2 named extract. Put the SP2 file in the SP subdirectory. Open a command window and change directory to the office2010 directory. Type the below where the first part is the full name of the SP file. Then accept the license agreement.
