On the outside, the handset looks a lot like the One with its aluminum chassis, but on the inside it’s basically a reprise of the company’s failed Facebook-branded HTC First.The 132 × 63.2 × 9.25 mm One mini sports a 4.3-inch 720p LCD3 display and has most of the same software features as its larger counterpart, including BlinkFeed and the UltraPixel camera with Zoe and video highlights. Inside, it has a 1.4GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 with 1GB of RAM—the same specifications featured on the HTC First—as well as a 4MP rear-facing camera and 1.6MP front-facing camera. There’s also a 1800 mAh battery pack fueling the device and 16GB of internal storage.
