To complete this tutorial you need "Group Policy Editor" I only tested win8 enterprise so I don't know if it's on the windows version you have installed.

1.You need to install chrome business version: http://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/business/browser/admin/

2.Download Policy Templates and extract them http://dl.google.com/dl/edgedl/chrome/policy/policy_templates.zip

3.Press the windows key on your keyboard and type "gpedit.msc" and click on gpedit.msc

4.Right click on "administrative templates" to add a chrome template. I used "policy_templates\windows\adm\en-US\chrome.adm"

5.Double left click on the new option "incognito mode availability" and set it to enabled and incognito mode forced.

adding --incognito to your desktop shortcut won't open files associated with chrome in incognito mode, html files for exemple. ps: you need to click the spoiler button to see pictures.

Yup --incognito still working.. but what about disabling new menu style..Any trick?

--disable-new-menu-style not working in latest stable build.. :nono: :nono:

ps: you need to click the spoiler button to see pictures.

That does not work. You've embedded the pics in a way that does not display proper

First one should be like this instead for example:
