Olexijl
Got 50.000 from 1&1 (Germanys ISP) this week. Just wow. Earlier only 6.000 for comparing. Image ISP with Deutsche Telekom is quite wrong however. Edited May 12, 2016 by Olexijl

B.T. and the government sit on their backsides with their hands stuck underneath doing nothing. I have fibre optics and my speed is still slow. My upload is half the advertised speed. If I was in South Korea, I could have a minimum speed of 1,000 mbs-1. I could have their interactive T.V. they got, which is excellent. I still can't understand why I have to pay line rental. I have been paying line rental for twenty five (25) years, I must have paid over and over and over for the cost of them being laid in the first place. LeeSmithG
Wow, this is the 21st century, I think that everywhere in the world, the minimum download should be 10 mbs-1 and upload, 2.5 mbs-1. 2002, I went from sharing a d.a.c.s. line, with a speed of 14 kbs-1, to 256 kbs-1, then 1mbs-1 in 2004, then in 2005, 2mbs-1, then in 2006, 18mbs-1, then in 2008 64kbs-1, then 2010 2mbs-1, then 2013 fibre optics finally 36-40mbs-1. Most of us in the U.K. have either cable t.v. or satellite t.v. Why will they not give us a satellite connection I know some cable companies provide 100mbs-1. I was told that bskyb will be trialling 1000mbs-1 in Lincoln. That's, what I was told be them.
