I've repaired/fixed so many computers and may want to use the product in the course of my repairs and troubleshooting.

I suggest you stop your rant - if you feel that you're all that accomplished, you should be ashamed to be saddled with such a piddly problem. You may keep your condescending attitude to yourself, OK. Moreover, when Senior guys like Bizarre™ & Donaldo bring you solutions (both of which I know to be working for that piddly problem of yours) just be gracious and thank them if it has worked else just reproduce the error for further trouble shooting, instead of dispensing your philosophy, here.

Long time no hear no see!!!

I'm on Ulisess Seguridad 9.92b (playing it safe.) It archives the latest versions of most of the leading fixes and enables one to migrate swiftly to another fix in case of malfunction. Love to use MinNodlogin, NodEnabler & NodLogin.

I believe it is now Ulisess Seguridad 9.94.

= No crack is used in Eset program.

= Fix is uninstalled using Windows " Add-Remove Programs" ;

= Code cleaned 100% and it isn`t detected as virus or trojan ;

= Eset Self-defense must be disabled before fix installation and have to stay disabled;

My post referred to a reproduced observance that was noted earlier and illustrated in a series of screenshots. I posted because the problem had not occurred in previous editions of NOD32, at least on my equipment. The reason I had not applied the tips from the gurus was because I was evaluating the program features under the same conditions as used in previous installations of NOD32. All user settings have remained consistently the same over this time period. My question arose out of notice of this new observation. As pointed out, Security Center monitoring OFF is probably the best option. Thanks, Bizarre, for your opinion.

Version 1.1 of the box, mara- fix is here. :)

Changelog:

- Fixed conversion from retail to trial on x64 systems.
- Added detection of ESET versions (if v4 is not detected, options "Enable Self-Defense after using fix" and "Remove trial (water) marks in ESET" are disabled)
- Added detection of retail version (this is workaround for Eset complaining that you don't have latest virus signature database, but you have it - this means that trial version is already used)
- New logo and icon (thanks to shought)

Note: This version should be added to frontpage, so please test it as much as you can, so we can be sure that there are no any bugs

Note2: It seems that ESET trial servers are back to business. Every server works great. Also, Eset added new servers, and in order to get them, remove v1.0 fix and install v1.1. If in the future ESET adds again new servers, just re-apply the v1.1 fix.

MiNodlogin v3.2.7.4

* Mitigation of bug: the insertion of the license fails sometimes if the program is run during system boot. Enable the option "Do not validate the current license, increases the probability of occurrence of the problem. Should occur less often, I made my best effort jaja

* Added the option "Try to install the license" for when the insertion fails, rarely, during system boot.

The only issue I find with MiNodlogin is that it does not recognize Proxy.

So in my office where I use proxy servers for internet, It cannot connect to the sites. :D

Try NodEnabler v3.0 instead, it seem to support proxy. I did not use proxy servers, as such does not know if it works though.

Changes:

+Now supports version 4 ESET software when self-defence is turned on. Similar to the way NodLogin does it, but much faster and more reliable. Cheers to all the Windows 7 users for reporting their experiences with the old version of NodENabler, this version trys the old method first and then if it fails, uses the new one.

+Now waits for one to five minutes for internet access before trying to check the existing license (one minute with no network connection at all, five when there is a network connection but no route to the internet). No more wifi issues.

+Should now work with http proxy servers. It uses the same settings as Internet explorer (and so needs it installed on the computer to work). I don't have access to a proxy to test it.

+Made some changes to the uninstaller to make it much smarter, and next to impossible to delete any files you still want.

+A single Vista scheduled task now works with all connection types.

+Added a readme that should hopefully cover all of what the average user needs to know.

+Removed lots of unnecessary pauses in the code to make it run faster.

+Performed a slight visual update on the tray balloons, hopefully making them more useful and easier to understand.

+Lots of other minor tweaks and fixes here and there.

i found a trick to get signature update in 10 sec :D after clean NOD32 install

here what u have to do

1. go to here

3.install it follow instruction

4.use any serial u find or mara fix 1.51 (recommended)

5. after that change back "update server " to "choose automatically" and update to latest signature date :lmao:

6. check it on never install system , work like a charm

If not I will remove it and try only the NODEnabler.

No need for any of this. If you read my previous post, you'll see that Eset trial servers are now working normally and you will get updates normally. Also, using of mara fix 1.5 is not recommended anymore, especially if you use Self-defense, since my fix delays this protection on the boot.

I recommend now using box, mara- fix 1.1. In my opinion, this is the best fix now, very easy to use.

Alright, back online. Updated to 3990 definitions.

Everything works well here, so far. Would you suggest enabling the watermark to properly test the fix?
