It is great that a way has been found to bypass the self defense. Unfortunately the only current way is to emulate a "manual update". This is a bit of a problem when you are for example running a presentation powerpoint, or playing a PC game, or watching a movie - your screen will get interrupted while NodLogin or MiNODLogin is inserting a new viable license.I am surprised that no one has commented on this problem yet (at least I am pretty sure that no one has). And so I am using NodEnabler with self-defense disabled. Those that can live with the potential fact that your Nod-fix will interrupt you while gaming etc, can keep using it!
harpua
I can think of an easy way around that problem that should work most of the time. One could simply run Nodlogin manually before starting to play that game or watch a movie etc. Also not having it scheduled to run after each successful update but rather only once per day at a set time would help and would lighten the load on Nodlogins servers. Bizarre™
@ssj100:I think NodLogin has an option / parameter for silent mode.I also agree with harpua running NodLogin only when needed.Besides, it's highly unlikely for the license to expire anytime soon. I see what you guys are saying, but I was just trying to make a point that full screen applications will be interrupted when using those fixes. Just stating some facts. Cheers. It's only if it's not valid and requires a new license to be inserted that you get interruption with full screen applications.
Bizarre™
@ssj100:LoLz I see, so that's what you were talking about. No need to worry, NodLogin license will not expire quickly.Unless somebody reports it.
KotaXor
yes, sh*t....need to wait 2 more months before knowing. (for Nodlogin)and 3 more months (for MiNodlogin). We see when that time come.Every fix come with its shortcoming.BUY a license if the shortcoming is a problem.I am contemplating when to buy a license, just couldn't find a good reason yet! Bizarre™
@kotaxor:Reason? It would expire, and then you need to buy a license again :dunno:But don't let me stop you.Buy the license... then share it with us :P

PsychoticxBloodxLust
i have been using nodlogin since the release of 3.0 and never had any issues with it and i still don't. i have it set as an hourly process with my updates and it check once every 24hours at user login so i never have had any problems with a key expiring. and silent mode seems to work best on vista then xp i noticed it xp you still get the annoying update icon on the taskbar which can easily be removed by hiding it

It's buried under a few folders after you extract the downloaded rar.
