Sometimes Microsoft puts a gap for a reason, they do this to prepare one build for a public release.. Sometimes Microsoft puts a gap for a reason, they do this to prepare one build for a public release..Microsoft is putting more protection for the post-RTM as famous forums of Windows 8 news/leaks got a DMCA notice (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_Millennium_Copyright_Act) if any speculation or news will appear. Because of this stronger security will it be harder on giving the exact correct dates so the list below can be completely wrong. Builds with ~ in front of the date can have a difference of 3 weeks. nIGHT Posted March 28, 2013 Share Posted March 28, 2013 Wind0ws 8 has many good improvements like new kernel and with this coming wind0ws blue another new, compact and faster kernel will be deployed, just hope that a driver update will also be included so it will be compatible with games.
