Marrakesh Records, a small UK-based Indie label, have released the results of a new "Youth and Music Survey" provides a fascinating insight into the attitudes of the music industry's most important demographic group. The report is based on the responses given by over 1,000 individuals aged 15 to 24yo. The results paint a fairly bleak picture for the current business model employed by the music industry with an astonishing 61% saying they do net feel they should have to pay for the music they want to listen to on the Internet, and fully 70% stating they don't feel guilty about downloading music for free from the Internet!
