He he, I charge for the services - not the software (my Customers are provided with a lifetime's 24/7 free maintenance - Configurator only.) Moreover, I hate the hardware part - but, often do it for the Customer, if at leisure (just opened up a msi laptop and cleaned up the fan & replaced the thermal paste - despite not being obliged to, absolutely free-of-cost.)

Then what's the motive of doing the trick on firefox in customers laptop?

The idea is for the Customer to not get his system screwed as frequently as it otherwise would if he used Internet Explorer - when he get's screwed, my time gets screwed (for free.)

RadioActive

That's kinda lame, people should use whatever they're comfortable with regardless of what others think.

Actually, IE 9 and IE 10 not as bad as the previous IE 6-8... I often use it to download something that IDM can't catch with my Opera or Waterfox (I don't install IDM plugins though). IF only M$ has a very good ads + popups blocker, ability to add IE with various plugins just like Firefox has, then IE will be a direct rival to Firefox. Now, I think IE is as good as Opera, I like to use it, although Opera is still my main browser.
