What is the best solution for Windows XP Installation

Hi All,

Just wanted to ask. There any many known methods of installing Windows XP and activating it, but what is the best. I've tried Volume License editions with VLKs that get blacklisted after several months/years and I've also tried some "hacktivations" that easily get detected by WGA.

Do you know of a way where one can install/activate and update Windows XP on a machine without risking detection? Somewhere along the lines of Daz's Windows 7 loader would be great. Thanks in advance.

Just download some kind that is preactivated and updated from this website http://www.nsaneforums.com/topic/145774-windows-xp-professional-sp3-integrated-october-2012-pre-activated/or try to find torrent that is using enterprise key if want to modify things yourself.

I personally prefer to use Win8 - tested on 9 year old laptop with 1gb ram, workes faster than old XP.

Yeah, that gets blacklisted. Some folks here choose XP for some reason. Arguing with them is pointless and there are some desktops that don't even have 512MB of RAM. :wtf:

Hi,

I've been using muBlinder (http://www.p2plife.com/forums/official-mublinder-page-t320.html) for a long time, works fine.

Hope this will help you.

This seems new to me. I'll certainly have to check it out with a VM.

These are using VLK no? I'm guessing these keys get blacklisted eventually. Unless maybe pre-patched using the same method as muBlinder?

Those days, licensing was done differently. The CD key had to match the license key . As long as the two matched, your license was genuine ;) So no, these keys will not be blacklisted as long as you use them with the same corresponding CD Key. That's my understanding anyways ;)

You need one untouched .ISO file and this is what you need to register:

First uncheck "Use our download manager and get recommended downloads" and then hit the "Download" button...

http://www.datafilehost.com/download-27cc1a75.html

Double click on it and your Windows XP is full registered! Cheers :showoff:

why this doesn't work for me??

Yes, using VLK meant you never had to activate online, however, I've experienced getting a VLK blacklisted. After a WU, my key was no longer genuine :P

Auto Updates have to be turned off :nono:

You need to update manually, leaving out anything that says WGA or anything remotely related to activation or something similar ;)
