I think people already know that computerbuild stopped kaspersky CBE suite and now they started norton instead of kaspesrky..

Free protection for one year

With Norton Internet Security CBE your PC is protected for one year against malware attacks - for free (maximum use time to 2 November 2013). To use the software over the entire period, every three months you must apply for a new license key

License Extension: Norton Internet Security CBE

To the Norton Internet Security CBE use throughout the year, every three months, you must apply for a new license key from COMPUTER BILD.When the time comes, you see the start screen of your installed Norton software: enabled Ten days before the license is automatically the "Renew" button at the bottom of the window. Clicking on the logo, the program will automatically route to the COMPUTER BILD page.

The following points must be observed when the license renewal:

  • The activation and renewal page is only accessible after you have logged into your account COMPUTERBILD.
  • You can request a maximum of four keys per user: a key for the activation and three extensions for the.
  • Extensions are possible at the earliest ten days before expiry of the current license. On the 80th Day, the extension button is activated automatically in your COMPUTERBILD account. You can recognize the fact that the grayed box "Renew license" is colored blue.
  • An activation key, you will only get the benefit center code that you find on the CD / DVD case. Once the software is activated, you need no further advantage Center code. Renewals are possible for your version, enough to sign your COMPUTERBILD account.

@ Marik, Majithia and others - If you guys use Firefox or it's myriad other Gecko derivatives like Palemoon, Waterfox, IceDragon etc. - Download and install Wiktionary and Google Translate. Disable or circumvent the annoying Wiktionary implementation if you will from "Options" and keep the "Translate" option only.

That's it. You'll get a "Translate Page" option on your FF right click menu. It is different from gtranslate in so far as it will translate entire pages rather than only the highlighted parts

By default it will translate everything to English. But you can change that. You need to be running Adobe Flash and activate it (Blue icon on the address bar) if you've manually configured "plugins.click_to_play" as "True" in about:config :D

EDIT: As I said, doesn't work without Flash. So won't work if you've got "Flashblock" or other such add-ons/software running ;)

Chrome does it automatically... ;)

Chrome does far too many things automatically. It searches for updates automatically, installs the 'Google Updater' service automatically, schedules a bunch of tasks automatically, tries to install it's toolbar automatically. :mad2:

In fact every piece of Google software does all of the above. Which is why I'm not letting any Google software come anywhere near my PC(s) any time soon ;)

@calguyhunk

thanks mate :)

Mod is nothing special , just some more Troll powers !

:troll:

Fun it is from above here ! :P

And thanks for the info on Translate help . Usually i open the "foreign" pages in Maxthon and then just hit the Translate button in its toolbar .

But this too sounds good !

And , For the past some days i have been thinking of trying out the Water and Moon versions of Firefox . Well , Soon ....

And i recon the views on Chrome .

Damn , it thinks itself to be too smart .

Heavy , Eats too much memory , so many processes , so many system entries , and even the Flash in chrome seems to be highest CPU eater .Irritating ..

I have kept it as THE last resort for those times and that too in portable !

A build-in translation has been planned for Firefox's future versions. Here is the wiki page and here is how it will look. Not their priority though.
