Obviously PowerISO is capable of mounting these image files using its own virtual drive. It's able to process almost all CD-ROM image files including ISO and BIN. Thats a sign that the AV's are not good enough to do future analytics automatical or unpack the files and scan inside so they just show u a false positive.
