gderf Posted December 10, 2012 Share Posted December 10, 2012 Unfortunately, the serials from the keygen no longer work for long periods of time.They will register the program and even give the customary 2018 expiration date, but this does not hold.At some point when it goes out to the net for definitions updates it throw a pop up and no more updates can be had with that key. Changing the key gets a few more hours or a perhaps a day of use before the cycle repeats itself.I ran into this problem about two weeks ago and downgraded to AVG IS 2012. That throws a similar popup very rarely but it doesn't cripple the program. Changing the key gets you weeks more without another popup. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
