I prescribe to the conspiricy theory that someone (maybe FBI) did it just to see how quick the activity started and who was the main users? Lot of BS if you ask me they just need to let it go and let it happen. They will never stop file sharing and the more they try to stop it the more it becomes a challenge for folks to do it.
