This is the roxio burner for mac. Altough you can use a build in soft to make your cd/dvd this baby propose a lot more. Special features include : Format conversion, tivo recording capability, HD archiving and folder sync (to keep your home entertainment HD sync for exemple)

As mention in other posts by Bizarre, Stuffit compression/decompression tool that can handle .rar

So far i am trying Safari as a web browser and i find it cold. At first i tought i was gonna download Firefox right away to be on familiar ground but i must try it at least 2 month before complaining too much. One of the most annoying stuff in Safari (beside the lack of plugins) is that we cant use icons as a bookmarks to look cool and to save space. I mean i tought mac was all about fashion :) One solution that the communauty propose is to use the character map to use the weird characters ie.: $ for your bank account or /. for slashdot, that doesnt do it for me. I have hard time to get some nice tools to block scripts and ads so far but i have to dig more on that too.

Of course i got my usual progz installed and running as we speak, i need to get a windows install goin soon too.

Not bad for 2 days...

:chug:
