I've tried the the phone activation multiple times the last 2 days to no avail. My Office 2013 Pro Plus lost activation when I upgraded to Windows 8.1. Frankly, I exhausted. I would appreciate some help, thanks.

last 5 digits: 3RP9V

You probably tried to call MS via skype and something went wrong during call session no panic we still have a lot of keys use one key you have not used before..

change the key >>> and re try again.....

I am now downloading the VL edition. So, when I am done with installation, and launch the program, should I use one of these product keys??

And the second thing, I am not sure how to get the installation ID.

There is an instruction how to activate office 2013 offline via skype follow that and when you call ms uk center free skype call dial 1 every question robot will ask you again all instruction there you can not go that much wrong see there >>>>
