Just discovered the key ending with -2J9KK cannot be used anymore (under retail) as it is blocked.

Do you have anymore spare keys? I also could not use -B7R29 as Microsoft says the installation ID is wrong although I have made sure I typed everything correctly.

Ok I "activated" i think..... Something strange happens after activation.
I uploaded a photo .

When i open Office/Project/Visio it shows me two licenses. One activated and other no.
I followed the proccess step by step.
I have win 8.1 enterprise activated.

Cause you have tried to activate your office both Mak key also Retail key see page #1 under the spoiler tag there is instruction hot to delete block key click spoiler you see command prompt script you need to delete one of the key

Delete mak key if you are on retail or msdn editio

or

delete retail key if you are on volume licence edition

after that restart your office it will be ok...
